Hundreds of labels are already included in our centralized database and we are working to index the labels of products presently offered online at SAQ.com (general products, products of Signature stores, new arrivals) and of privately imported wines. Our database also includes an important collection of prestigious wine labels.

Share Comments and Labels
With one click, send a wine card and its label (when available) to thousands of Sommeliers! users all over the world. Access your member profile to view the wine cards of other members.

Email notices can be sent to one or more clubs when new commented wines are published.

Download wines of different clubs into Sommeliers! or offer updates through personalized access.

Wine Lists Sorting

To please our clients it is now possible to sort wine lists (wines in cellar, shopping list, commented wines, wines of the week, C&S wines, show stoppers, and others).
You can sort by:
– name, vintage, quantity, size, location, winemaker;
– maturity, name, vintage, quantity, location, appellation;
– appellation, name, winemaker, vintage, quantity, location;
– winemaker, country, name, vintage, quantity, location, appellation;
– vintage, name, maturity, country, quantity, location, appellation;
– status (drink now, ready-to-drink, still young, etc.), name, winemaker, country, quantity, location, appellation.

Once a sort option is chosen, a small shortcut button allows you to print a report.
No need to read through a long list to print the desired report.

According to your lists' sort options, you can now print six new reports:
– name, vintage, quantity, size, location, winemaker;
– maturity, name, vintage, quantity, location, appellation;
– appellation, name, winemaker, vintage, quantity, location;
– winemaker, country, name, vintage, quantity, location, appellation;
– vintage, name, maturity, country, quantity, location, appellation;
– status, name, winemaker, country, quantity, location, appellation.

Simply enter short words to display wines in the cellar or to search in our centralized database, then save your search criteria for later use.

Online Barcode scanner


This feature allows you to search through our database and download product information in a flash. Perfect for adding many products.
To use this:
- select the ''Online'' feature, place your bottle near a barcode scanner, and scan the bottle's bar code.
If the product is contained in our centralized database its information will be downloaded automatically.

Vinoté Inventory

Using the Vinoté system each bottle in the cellar has its own identification number.
It's as simple as a cashier's system!
Simply press Enter on your keyboard and the software automatically frees the given location of the bottle being taken out and adjusts the inventory.

Appellation Updates
Discover more than 7,056 appellations from 250 regions in 42 winemaking countries,
plus 530 grape varieties
and thousands of definitions (grape varieties and appellations).

« En Ligne » pour les lecteurs optiques (scanner)



Cette option permet de consulter et de télécharger les produits de notre banque de données en une fraction de seconde. Parfait pour ajouter plusieurs produits.
Pour ce faire :
- sélectionnez l’option « En Ligne », placez vos bouteilles à portée d’un lecteur optique, captez le code à barres d’une bouteille de vin.
Si le produit se trouve dans notre banque de données centralisée, les données du produit sont automatiquement téléchargées.

Stratégie d'inventaire Vinoté



Avec le système Vinoté, chaque bouteille en cave a donc sont propre numéro d’identification.
C’est aussi simple qu'un système de caisse!
Tapez simplement sur la touche « Retour » de votre clavier et le logiciel libère automatiquement l’emplacement occupé par la bouteille retirée et corrige l'inventaire, et ce, en une fraction de seconde.
